Los Angeles – A Privileged City

Today I read that Los Angeles Police Chief Charlie Beck will implement a new law, going into effect in 3 weeks.  Despite great opposition and questionable legal issues, the new policy will allow unlicensed drivers to avoid a 30 day impound of their cars. Cell Phone Dilemma….

I read a few days ago that the Feds are going to make it mandatory that each State enforce the cell phone use law. My question would be why do the Feds have to demand this from each state? I, myself, have seen drivers, ON CELL PHONES, drive into my lane, pull right in front of me without a signal or of even knowing I was there. A few years…
