Tonight is the Republican Presidential Debate in N.H.  I am assuming that the moderators will be fair in allowing the candidates to answer. They have a tendency to play favorites. I am pro-Gingrich. Cell Phone Dilemma….

I read a few days ago that the Feds are going to make it mandatory that each State enforce the cell phone use law. My question would be why do the Feds have to demand this from each state?
